How do I pay for my purchases?
Anna Prints runs an online shop on this webiste. As you click on the 'add to cart' icon your purchases fill up in the shopping cart. How safe is it?
We use PayPal to allow customers to purchase goods directly from us. Your security is very important to us at Anna Prints which is why we use PayPal. A giant in the industry with a wealth of experience at keeping customers and sellers happy and safe. Paypal outline their policies here:
At Anna Prints we are a small team who do EVERYTHING that is needed to run a small business, which is a lot believe me! Having said that happy customers are what makes running Anna Prints the best, so we want to make you happy. We try to get your order ready to send within 1 to 2 days however, busy times like Christmas might be slower.We use first class Royal Mail to send our deliveries (unless Mike is heading your way on his bike) and they guarantee delivery between 1 to 3 days.
The short answer is you should allow between 2 to 5 days for your order to arrive. If it doesn't please do get in touch and we will try to sort this out for you.
When can I order for Christmas?
Royal Mail are guaranteeing delivery for Christmas day on deliveries sent no later than 20th December 2014. However this is dependent on weather conditions as usual.
At Anna Prints it is vitally important to us that you get your order in plenty of time.
How safe are my deliveries?
We use the Royal Mail at Anna Prints, we send everything either first class or first class signed for. We have not had any problems with items not arriving although this does happen from time to time with all delivery options.
Expensive items are sent via Royal Mail's tracking service so we can track where your parcel is until it arrives at your door and is signed for. If your parcel should go missing contact us directly and we will make this good.
Can I send a gift directly to somebody?
When you are making your purchase you must put your own address, or the address linked to the card you are using. However if you wish us to send a parcel directly to it's intended recipient send us a quick email with the address of the person you would like to receive the parcel clearly marked and we can do this for you. This saves a lot of time at Christmas!
In order to help you during the busy Christmas period we are offering a stylish and of course ecological gift wrapping service. There will be a link under each eligible item on the website and you can simply click to add a gift wrap service. If you want a personalised gift tag simply send us an email with your message and we can add this too.

Anna Prints does take holiday time. To recharge our batteries and come up with exciting new design ideas so that we are ready to (hopefully) impress and excite you all with new designs and collections.
We will add a note to the home page when we are on holiday. It will be possible to order from us in that time, just please be aware that we won't be able to process or send your order until we are back at work.
Anna Prints will be closed for our Christmas holiday between Friday 19th December 2014 to Monday 5th January 2015.
